SMOKED CHICKEN & WATERMELON SALAD

Fresh Mango and cooked chicken with freshly chopped mint and creamy curry sauce packaged in a tortilla wrap.  Sitting on a cutting board.
Feta Stuffed Meatballs with Tzatziki dressing, side of fresh hummus, toasted bagettes and cut carrot sticks

FETA STUFFED TURKEY MEATBALLS

Fillets stuffed with crabmeat mixture, topped with white wine sauce, side of freshly steamed green beans and saffron rice topped with toasted slivered almonds. Half of lemon on the side for seasoning.
Two small round bowl shaped burgers topped with mushrooms, melted cheese and relish.  Side of Baked potatoes that are smashed, seasoned with herbs and drizzled with ranch dressing.

STUFFED FILLETS, SAFFRON RICE

Five round egg souffle bites that are baked with cheese, spinach, and red pepper.  Garnished with cherry tomatoes and greens.
