Fall Granola
Here is a great granola recipe. I recently made this with applesauce and cinnamon for a classic fall taste, but you can change this up with different ingredients.
Dry Ingredient Mixture Includes:
4 Cups of Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of Fine Coconut Flakes
1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
1-2 Cups of Toasted Nuts (your choice)
Wet Ingredient Mixture Includes:
1/2 Apple Sauce
1/4 C melted Coconut Oil
1/2 C Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine both mixtures in a large bowl. Spread these ingredients out on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 25 minutes until desired doneness. The mixture will darken in color the longer you bake it. It is important to note that this granola will also crisp up as it cools. Store in an airtight container for 3 months.
