Holiday Popcorn

3 oz popped popcorn

1 C red and green M&Ms

1/2 C salted peanuts

1 C white baking chips

1 Great Holiday Movie! :)

Cover the bottom of a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add a layer of popcorn to cover the entire bottom. Add the peanuts and M&Ms as evenly as possible.

Melt the white baking chips in a double boiler or a heat resistant glass bowl over a pop of water. Heat on medium, stirring frequently while the chips continue to melt. Drizzle the white chocolate over the mixture. Let cool for about 15 minutes.

Break up in smaller portions if needed and place in a bowl. Enjoy while watching a great holiday movie.
